Dear Smartship User,

We are pleased to introduce MDC (Multi-Parcel Drop-off), a new First-Mile Drop-off service piloted by Pick and TracX Logis.

This pilot allows TracX Logis shippers to drop off multiple parcels into the same locker compartment at participating Pick Lockers. During the trial period, the service is available at selected trial lockers serving users with addresses in the 521 postal code area.

How to Get Started

Please follow the steps below to start using the service:

1. Download the App: Search for “Pick’s Shipper App” in your mobile phone’s App Store and download it.

2. Register an Account: Create an account through Pick’s Shipper App.

3. Use the Same Phone Number: Ensure that the phone number registered in Pick’s Shipper App matches the phone number provided in your Smartship pickup request. This is necessary for your orders to appear in the app.

4. Request Pickup on Smartship: Submit your pickup request through Smartship only after completing your registration with Pick.

5. Start Dropping Off: Open Pick’s Shipper App and follow the instructions to use the First-Mile Drop-off service at participating Pick Lockers.

We encourage eligible Smartship users in the trial area to try out this service for a more convenient parcel drop-off experience.
