Dear Smartship Users, 

We are writing to inform you that, with effect from 28 August 2026 (the “Effective Date”), the name of our company has changed from “Tracx Logis Pte. Ltd.” to “Tracx Logis Ltd.” (UEN: 201104738Z). This change of name arises from our conversion from a private company limited by shares to a public company limited by shares under the Companies Act 1967.

This change reflects only the removal of the “Pte.” designation consequent upon our conversion to a public company. Our substantive business name, “Tracx Logis”, remains entirely unchanged.

From the Effective Date, all new correspondence, invoices, purchase orders, contracts and other commercial documents between your organisation and the Company will be issued under the name “Tracx Logis Ltd.” We would appreciate it if you could update your records accordingly and use this name for all dealings with us from the Effective Date.

For the avoidance of doubt, we confirm that:

(a) our Unique Entity Number, registered office address, business activities and operations remain entirely unchanged;

(b) this change of company name and status does not affect the validity of, and does not constitute a novation, assignment or termination of, any existing or pending contract, purchase order, invoice or other agreement between your organisation and the Company; all such documents remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the change; and

(c) documents bearing our former name, “Tracx Logis Pte. Ltd.”, issued prior to the Effective Date remain valid and need not be reissued or amended.
