Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our international parcel shipments from Singapore to the United States.
Effective 29 August 2025, the United States will suspend the de minimis exemption for imported goods. As a result, all items—regardless of value—will now be subject to customs duties and taxes.
In line with this change, starting 26 August 2025, our international parcel deliveries to the US will transition from DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) to DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means all applicable duties and taxes will be included in the shipping fees displayed in our published rates.
Additionally, please note that the maximum declared parcel value will be capped at SGD 150.00 until further notice.
